Conductorโ€™s proven model is rapidly scaling Arkansas-based companies, creating new jobs in the state.

Conway, Feb. 14–The Conductor today announced plans to launch the third cohort of its 10X Growth Accelerator, presented in partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, Metova and the University of Central Arkansas. The acclaimed accelerator has enabled dozens of Arkansasโ€™ high-growth ventures to scale, drive revenues and create new jobs in the state.

โ€œMany companies have already reported exponential growth as a result of this program, and weโ€™re so excited to begin accepting applications for the third cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator,โ€ said Glenn Crockett, director of the Accelerator.

In its first year, the 10X Growth Accelerator served two cohorts amassing dozens of local companies; of those, one company grew over 900% within the first year of graduating the program, one noted growing 3X in the first month, and one reported the addition of 20 new jobs to their company. 100% of alumni companies said that the 10X Growth Accelerator is a valuable program for scalable companies within the state.

One 10X alum noted: โ€œIt’s easy to get caught in the weeds when you’re building a tech startup. One afternoon a week helped us make sure we were going in the right direction. Thank you 968 times over to the team at the 10X Growth Accelerator for packing so much value into the program. That’s how much we’ve grown this year…968%!”

Another alum said, โ€œThe class has helped us get our arms around what it will take to move our business to the next level. It is a very practical course that helps businesses grow. I have learned a tremendous amount through the courses and the other business owners. I would highly recommend.โ€

Eligible companies for the 10X Growth Accelerator are Arkansas-based, growth-oriented firms with annual average revenues from $100,000 to $10,000,000. Selected companies must commit to having at least one C-level executive available, engaged, and in attendance at program meetings. During the 14-week program, required meetings will be once a week for up to three hours. Up to 25 companies will be accepted into the cohort. Companies will be chosen through a competitive selection process.

โ€œThe 10X Growth Accelerator is a proven model that has led many of our stateโ€™s most high-potential companies to exponential and unprecedented growth in revenue and new jobs,โ€ said Kim Lane, CEO of the Conductor. โ€œThis is one of our most high-impact, transformational programs, and weโ€™re excited to provide more Arkansas-based companies with this opportunity.โ€

The curriculum is comprised of peer-to-peer networking at CEO roundtables, followed by a growth-oriented, 10X curriculum that enables businesses to put the systems, people and processes in place to scale. Because of the Stateโ€™s support of the 10X Accelerator, the Conductor is able to offer the program at no charge to the business owners.

โ€œThis program is delivering targeted assistance to Arkansasโ€™ high-potential companies, many of which have not had access to this type of training in the past,โ€ said Mike Preston, Executive Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. โ€œWeโ€™re proud to partner with the Conductor and Metova to make these opportunities available for our scalable, Arkansas-based ventures.โ€

Cohort three of the 10X Growth Accelerator will run from April to July, 2019. The curriculum will have a continued emphasis on cybersecurity, sales growth, scalable strategies, doing business with Fortune 500 Companies and more; these lessons will be taught in a high-impact, 14-week agenda. The program will be followed by five months of individualized support and group coaching sessions with all cohort companies through December 2019.

โ€œThe 10X Growth Accelerator is a difference-maker for Arkansasโ€™ high-potential companies,โ€ said G.B. Cazes, COO of Metova Inc. โ€œMetova is passionate about supporting, and equipping, our stateโ€™s tech and tech-enabled businesses with scalable technology solutions through this program.โ€

Applications for the program are due March 11. The 10X Growth Accelerator kicks off on April 2, and meets Tuesdays from 3-6 p.m. in Conway, Arkansas. To apply, visit https://goo.gl/forms/Fm2jF8S1YHbriMS32.
