Poet And Memoirist Garrett Hongo comes to Hendrix: Public Reading

CONWAY, Ark. (August 21, 2023) – Poet, memoirist, and audio writer Garrett Hongo will read and discuss his work on Thursday, October 5, at 7:30 p.m. in Reves Recital Hall on Hendrix College campus. A reception and book signing in Trieschmann Gallery will follow the reading, and WordsWorth Books of Little Rock will sell select titles of Hongo’s work. This event is free and open to the public. UCA Baum Gallery Set to Host New Art Exhibition

CONWAY–The University of Central Arkansas Baum Gallery will host “Arkansas Women to Watch 2023: New Worlds.” This tour begins with an opening reception on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. at the Baum Gallery, and the exhibition runs through Oct. 13.
