Conway, AR, February 22, 2018– Conway Cradle Care is hosting its first-ever Rockin’ The Cradle 5K/1K fundraising fun run/walk. The main goal of the event is to raise awareness of the effects of adolescent parenthood, and funding for the Conway Cradle Care childcare and mentoring programs.
Cradle Care is a non-profit organization serving Faulkner & Perry Counties that offers childcare and outreach for expectant and parenting adolescents who are continuing their high school educations, pursuing their GED or job training, or Conway Cradle Care graduates who have entered the workforce. Strollers and little ones are welcome at the event. Snacks, water, music, and swag bags will be provided.
WHEN: April 14, 2018, at 9:00 am
WHERE: Conway High School Campus & Tucker Creek Bike Trail. Park at Conway High School West parking lot or First Presbyterian Church.
