It was a pretty big week for a couple of local athletes.
Greenbrier hosted a send-off for Kayle Browning, a member of the Olympic Shooting Team. Browning is a 2010 graduate of Greenbrier High School and the University of Central Arkansas.

Not to be outdone, Conway native and Kansas State pitcher Jordan Wicks was drafted 21st in the Major League Baseball draft. Wicks is a 2018 graduate of Conway High School.
