Tai Chi for Adults

Tai Chi is a basic class taught by an experienced and certified instructor. These classes are designed for beginner or advanced students to feel welcome.
Tai Chi for Adults is a FREE program offered every Wednesday. Registration is not required but every participant is required to sign an attendance sheet/liability waiver before participating.
