August 31, 2018– The University of Central Arkansas Division of Outreach and Community Engagement will host the Women’s Leadership

Network (WLN) kickoff event and welcome reception featuring Patricia Poulter, provost and executive vice president of academic affairs.

The purpose of this event is to provide women with new leadership opportunities. The WLN allows women from different backgrounds a place to connect, encouraging mentorship and the empowerment of all women. The kick-off reception provides an opportunity for like-minded women to network while learning about the season’s upcoming events.

All seasoned and aspirant female leaders are welcome to attend. There is no entry fee to this event, but registration is required. Please RSVP online at uca.edu/outreach/women. For more information, contact Dr. Shaneil Ealy at sealy@uca.edu or (501) 450-5275.

About WLN – The Women’s Leadership Network was established at UCA in 2017 by women, for women, to support women. In August 2018, WLN and WIN (Women In Network-Conway) merged to form the largest network for women in Conway.
