UCA, Conway Fire Department partner for CPR/AED training

CONWAY—The University of Central Arkansas and Conway Fire Department have partnered to offer a free CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) training on Wednesday, March 1, from 6-8 p.m.

The event will be held in the Prince Center on the UCA campus. Representatives from the Conway Fire Department and Conway Regional Health System will facilitate the training, as well as provide materials and CPR dummies and other equipment. The training will not qualify for CPR certification in order to keep the training free for attendees.

The event is limited to 150 participants, and the training comes at no cost to individuals. Registration for the training has been closed. Additional trainings may be held later in the year.
