Conway, AR – Jan. 6, 2020 – UCA CMI will present Music & Movement classes at Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall at 925 Mitchell St. beginning on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, from 10:30 am – 11:15 am.
Music and Movement is a group play experience between children and their parent(s)/caregiver(s). Parent/Caregiver and child will participate in movement activities, singing, and chanting in a musically rich environment. Adults will learn techniques to engage with children musically both in and outside of class.
These classes will be led by Dr. Christa Kuebel, Assistant Professor of Music Education at UCA. Dr. Kuebel will be leading each class with help from UCA Music Education undergraduate and graduate students for some of the play dates.
