This week in Conway – Week of Monday, March 15, 2020

Conway Institute of Music

Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, several events have been canceled for the foreseeable future. Additionally, schools have been dismissed.

We are going to take a quick look at the events scheduled for this week in Conway. Several have been canceled.
As of now, the Cruisin Friday night at Hendrix is still scheduled. I checked with the host who said that they would be making a decision on Monday.

The Youth Maker Monday hosted by Conductor has been canceled. Conductor is working on options, but due to UCA being shut down, they have announced that they “will cancel all Conductor events and transition to virtual client meetings until further notice.”

Game Changers with Christina Lecuyer has been changed to a virtual event. The event will be streamed live on Facebook Live.

All events by UCA Outreach have been canceled.

The Cold Process Soap Making Workshop has been canceled for Saturday.

Be sure to check with each event as it gets closer to confirm that it is still scheduled.
