The Community Action Program for Central Arkansas (CAPCA) will be hosting the “Project Homeless Connect” outreach event on Thursday, January 23, 2020, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church, 601 Spruce Street, in Conway.
