How long have you been with your company?

3 years

What kind of challenges have you had to overcome in your career?

Not believing I was good enough for the job. Not being qualified and being insecure in my abilities.

How did you overcome those?

Trusting my leaders, my bosses, and my mentors. It was a process, and I wanted to be best at what I do. I asked a ton of questions, even the “dumb ones.” I also had to fail a couple of times, but thanks to grace from the people above me, I have been able to be successful in what I do!

What is one thing people might be surprised to know about you?

When I was a kid, I wanted to be president of the United States.

What are your best career tips for other professionals?

Be teachable. Don’t know what your colleagues or friends do? Learn from them. Learn how to do everything. Love your neighbors well, and be quick to take care of people. Being kind takes you a long way.

What volunteer organizations are you involved in?

New Life Church in Conway. Leader in Elevation (College Ministry) AR Dream Center, and Missions

What do you do for fun when you aren’t working?

I love going to any of our local coffee shops here in Conway. I love spending time with my friends, FaceTime dates with my momma, and developing young leaders!

My Momma, my sister, my pastors, and my friend group!
