Today, presenting sponsors Cherokee Nation Entertainment and First Arkansas Bank & Trust announced entertainment, expanded programming, and $130,000 in charitable contributions. Conductor Receives Small Business Administration’s Regional Innovation Cluster Award

Conductor to expand reach to rural Arkansas regions, grow Conway team CONWAY, April 5— The Conductor, a public-private partnership between the University of Central Arkansas and Startup Junkie, today announced that it has been awarded the Small Business Administration’s Regional Innovation Cluster contract. The funding will enable the Conductor to bolster its offerings in the collaborative central Arkansas cluster and expand its footprint to reach underserved areas of the state, which house 19 Opportunity Zones and are rural regions as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. CONWAY, April 2–The Conductor, a public-private partnership between the University of Central Arkansas and Startup Junkie, today announced that it will be participating in advocacy training workshops and educational meetings with federal policymakers at the Kauffman Foundation’s Entrepreneurship Advocacy Trip in Washington, D.C. The trip, which is sponsored and facilitated by the Kauffman Foundation, creates opportunities for entrepreneurs and leaders of entrepreneur support organizations to discuss entrepreneurial policy with federal lawmakers. UCA’s Baum Gallery To Host Spring Senior Art Show

CONWAY — The Baum Gallery at the University of Central Arkansas is set to host its Spring BFA/BA senior show April 4-26. The exhibition is free and open to the public. The Baum Gallery, located in McCastlain Hall, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 10 a.m. to7 p.m. Thursday. Opening receptions are set for Thursday, April 4 from 4-7 p.m., followed by another on Sunday, April 7 from 2-4 p.m. The last day for the exhibition is April 26.
