How long have you been with your company?

I have been with 360 for almost 3 years.

What kind of challenges have you had to overcome in your career?

I actually took this job to overcome a weakness I saw in myself. I knew I was not used to hearing ‘no’ or not having the ability to get what I needed with a small amount of convincing. I saw the opportunity to grow personally and professionally to be a better me in the future.

How did you overcome those?

It took some time, but I just kept moving forward. I had to learn not the take it personally and see how many factors had to go into the decision the possibly change payroll providers. I also had to learn about the power of the follow-up because a no right now could actually mean “not right now”.

What is one thing people might be surprised to know about you?

I was in the band from 6th grade until I graduated, marched at half-time of my football games, and I was on the debate team in high school.

What are your best career tips for other professionals?

Learn outside of your discipline! Just like athlete cross-trains with other sports, you should spend time learning from people who are outside of your profession almost as much as you do your own. This allows you to think about your job on a level would have never been able to with a limited point of view. Here is a great video that speaks to this: https://www.ted.com/talks/tim_harford_a_powerful_way_to_unleash_your_natural_creativity

What volunteer organizations are you involved in?

Young Professionals of Conway and Conway Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are my two most active ones. I’m usually bouncing from one to the next so often I have forgotten them.

What do you do for fun when you aren’t working?

I usually like to just spend some time with myself when I get the chance, I read a lot trying to be a continual learner, listen to music to hear life on a beat, and I love to get in some games of Rocket League.

Who are your biggest supporters?

My family for sure! I don’t get to see them as much as I like but they understand I am in my early hustle stage.
