Young Designers Academy at UCA Downtown

T​he Young Designers Academy, brainchild of expert seamstress Rachel Lovelace of RayLoveThreads, is a program that focuses on teaching young people the lost art of sewing. It aims to empower young seamsters and seamstresses in creativity and self-expression through sewing and design workshops. This 8-week course at UCA Downtown will hone in on all of the skills needed to be an adequate seamster/seamstress. RayLove has fun and creative projects fashioned in a way to not only educate but also empower young, imaginative minds.

Ages 7-15: 3:45pm – 5:15pm
Ages 16-22: 5:30pm – 7:00pm
