Tai Chi and Yoga are basic classes in their respective practices taught by experienced individuals. They are designed for beginner or advanced students to feel welcome.
Yoga mats and forms are available for use but participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own. Pre-registration is not required, however, participants are required to sign an attendance sheet/liability waiver for every class.
