Yoga Under the Trees at MLK Square Park

Join Yogi DeNee Knight and the Conway Tree Board for an hour of outdoor yoga at MLK Square Park.
This is the final summer yoga session of the year. Yoga provides wonderful benefits of positive physical and mental health and breathwork.
