Starting a nonprofit can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience, but it also comes with its own set of unique challenges.
At this Tuesday Meet Ups you’ll learn the process of starting a nonprofit from ideation to implementation. Nonprofit founders often have to navigate complex legal and financial requirements, manage a team of volunteers, fundraise, and deal with the emotional toll of working in a field that addresses societal challenges. All of these responsibilities can add up and cause stress and burnout.
If you’re starting a nonprofit and asking yourself these questions, this workshop is for you.
- What are the legal requirements?
- How do I form a board?
- Where do I find volunteers?
- How do I craft a mission and vision statement?
Executive Director of the Conway Ministry Center, Spring Hunter, is formally trained in Rehabilitation Science and Psychology, but her real education in the world of poverty and life transformation came from her own personal journey. Because of her experiences related to escaping generational poverty and dysfunction, she brings a unique set of skills, knowledge, and understanding to nonprofit leadership and community development.
