Startup Stories: Aidan Eslinger Productions

This month’s Startup Stories event will feature Aidan Eslinger Productions. Aidan Eslinger is a junior at Conway High School and the owner and CEO of Aidan Eslinger Productions, whose mission is to entertain and inspire. He is the author of 3 self-published children’s books, an actor, filmmaker, and playwright. Aidan started his company when he was just 8 years old and over the last 7 years has written, directed, and produced 4 stage plays, a short film, and a web series. In 2020, Aidan launched his newest venture Author’s Town Publishing where he coaches budding writers through the writing and self-publishing process. He is most passionate about his philanthropic work through AEcommunity. With AEcommunity, Aidan creates activities and incentives for young Black boys to encourage them to read and take their academics seriously. In 2019 and 2020, Aidan won the People’s Choice Award for the inaugural and first annual Minority Pitch Competition in Conway, Ar. He also was the 2021 Junior Achievement of Arkansas & Start-Up Junkie IdeaFame Virtual Pitch Competition People’s Choice Winner. In 2022 The Arkansas Small Business Association named him Young Entrepreneur of the Year. At Conway High School, Aidan is a Junior class representative for Student Government, a member of Thespians, FBLA, and Six Legs Productions. Aidan’s creativity, vision, and dedication to making a difference in his community is the driving force behind the work that he does.
