Celebrate Downtown Conway

Many of my downtown business neighbors lost a day or two of business due to power being out. That is lost revenue. That means workers missed working and they miss being paid on those days.

These businesses are hard working small businesses who are crucial to our city.

I thought it would be nice to celebrate downtown Conway this weekend to show support after a tough week.

This is an idea by Ashley Lyon.

I don’t have a chainsaw and I can’t restore power lines, but I have a big mouth (online)! I figure we can do something to support our friends downtown.

So go to your favorite business downtown this weekend and support them. Or, try a new business!

They will appreciate the love.
