Darla Desiderio’s Artwork, Beautifully Made, after review by a distinguished panel, will be on exhibit at the prestigious RAM Annual Invitational: “Inclusive.”
Conway, AR – March 25, 2024 – The Fort Smith Regional Art Museum has announce the selection of local artist Darla Desiderio for the RAM Annual Invitational, a highly anticipated exhibition known for highlighting diverse and innovative artistic voices. This year’s theme, “Inclusive,” promises a powerful exploration of unity and connection through various artistic mediums.
Darla’s artwork, Beautifully Made, selected for the 2024 Annual Fort Smith Arkansas invitational hosted by the Regional Art Museum strives to reflect the boundless spectrum of human existence. Calling attention to the all-encompassing emotion vulnerability. Encouraging the viewer to embrace it’s power. Creating a space for reflection, dialogue, and connection. About the Artist
Darla Desiderio was born on April 19, 1964. She is an American artist creating mixed media works. Her expressionist style is an intuitive process born from a tireless impulse to create. Her work has a cohesive theme of self-expression through the creation of abstract subjects. Using vibrant colors, and form to communicate her point-of-view visually. In her unique way of positioning elements and color on canvas she encourages people to journey into their deepest emotions. “Success for me is when my work transcends culture to connect without words.”
