Conway’s entrepreneur organization, Conductor, launched another program this past week with the addition of 1 Million Cups. 1 Million Cups is a global program sponsored by the Kaufman Foundation.
The event features networking and a short presentation by a local entrepreneur.
The first 1 Million Cups in Conway was held at the brand new facility known as The Cave in Donaghey Building on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas.
The first presenter was What is My Mutt App created by Little Rock entrepreneur and veterinarian Dr. Lauren Schluterman.
Several members of the business community, as well as students and UCA faculty, showed up for the first event.
The 1 Million Cups community organizers include Druid Wen, Will Tucker, Geet Tanna, Tyler Presley, Dakota Rorick, Winston Williams, and Kim Lane.
