“Our region has so many black and minority business owners, as well as emerging young professionals,” said Warren. “Black History Month seemed like the perfect time to celebrate the diverse businesses in our community.”

The event was created to create an inclusive, diverse business environment. After an hour of networking, attendees will have the opportunity to pitch their businesses to a panel of judges during a pitch competition sponsored by the Conductor. The winner of Judges’ Choice Award will receive $500, tickets to several Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce events and a free one-year membership to the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce. The winner of the People’s Choice award will receive a $500 cash prize. The competition will be judged by a diverse panel of industry leaders.
