Conductor releases 2023 annual report
Growth and new services are themes of the 2023 annual report released recently by Conductor, a public-private partnership between the University of Central Arkansas and Startup Junkie Consulting. Conductor’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business leaders in Arkansas at no cost.
Significant outcomes from the 2023 annual report include:
- 49% of clients reported entering a new market
- 60.5% increase in outreach engagements over 2022
- 96.1% reported they learned something new at Conductor activities
- 88+ net promoter score
- 52.8% of clients reported adding new products or services
- 141 total members of the Arnold Innovation Center
In 2023, Conductor expanded their services to entrepreneurs and saw growth in their clients, consults, and overall reach, which equaled 9,429 entrepreneurs served. They expanded services through their Conductor Connect SME network, AIC Lending Library, and AIC Peer Groups. There was additional expanded reach through outreach efforts across central Arkansas and the state.
“We saw great success in our programming and growth in 2023, but more importantly many of our clients were able to grow their teams and increase revenues.”, said Grace Rains, Conductor Executive Director.
