Accelerator program to provide growth-oriented curriculum, coaching, and mentoring for tech or tech-enabled Arkansas ventures

CONWAY – In partnership with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the Conductor is launching the fifth cohort of the 10X Growth Accelerator. The 10X Growth Accelerator program consists of a practical, peer-driven entrepreneurship education curriculum, leadership coaching, and support services, access to capital, and connection to an expanded support network.

Since beginning in 2018, over 50 Arkansas-based businesses have graduated from the program. Previous graduates include 3E Software, Inc., Boost Midwest, deTaso, B-Unlimited, and Aptus Financial.

“The fourth cohort of the 10X Accelerator proved to be extremely successful despite the restrictions brought upon us by COVID-19. As a result, the 10X curriculum will evolve like all businesses had to do this past year,” said Jeff Standridge, Managing Director of Conductor.

Applications are now open for the program, and approximately 20 companies will be selected to form this year’s cohort. Starting early August, participants will receive targeted training by subject matter experts and receive peer-to-peer coaching and mentoring through a series of leadership roundtables.

The 10X Growth Accelerator is an ever-changing program to give participants relevant content that changes as businesses change. COVID-19 changed many things in the world of business, and the 10X Growth Accelerator will change with that. As a result, new ideas and changes of content are in place to better help companies 10X.

“The 10X Growth Accelerator is all about changing your mindset and developing the skills to execute a plan to accelerate business growth. Henry Ford was quoted as saying, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right,” said Glenn Crockett, 10X Accelerator Director. This Accelerator will challenge the business owner to think “10X Growth” and will provide content and specific steps to achieve that goal.”

This 14-week program will consist of required meetings, once a week, for up to three hours in Conway, Arkansas. Growth-oriented firms with average annual revenues between $100,000 and $10,000,000 can apply and must commit to having at least one C-level executive available, engaged, and in attendance at accelerator meetings.

Applications for the 10X Growth Accelerator are due July 12, 2021. The program will kick off on August 10, 2021, and convene Tuesdays from 3-6 p.m. in Conway, Arkansas. If you are interested in applying for the 10X Growth Accelerator, please visit
