Manager in Training
This company is looking for a Manager in Training for stores in Central and North Central Arkansas.
Some of the job duties include management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, and personnel work. The incumbent also provides over-the-counter direct sales to customers, process orders either in person or over the phone, and support the overall success of store operations through the promotion of sales programs and other customer and team-related activities.
Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of professional auto parts experience or four years of hobbyist auto parts experience.
Auto Parts Stores District Manager
This company is needing an Auto Parts Store District Manager. The candidate will manage 8-15 store managers who supervise 3-20 employees in each store.
He or she will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and performance of the stores, including specific sales and profit objectives.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
ETL Developer
This candidate’s role is to implement and continuously improve processes for converting data from one system another; design data modeling/analysis services used to mine enterprise systems and applications for knowledge and information that enhance business processes.
This individual is also responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining data support tools, metadata inventories, and definitions for database file/table creation. This position will monitor all ETL and data conversion processes to ensure they run appropriately every day.

The candidate will manages and coordinate online sales, and manage after parts auto website by performing establishing online marketing goals, developing online sales plans, work with the design and accessibility of the website.
The candidate will also execute online commerce strategies and promotion activities.
Accounts Payable Clerk – Little Rock, AR
The Accounts Payable Associate performs all aspects of the accounts payable department, obtains authorization coding to correct expense categories, and generates checks for all monies owed by the company. Also, the candidate will reconcile invoices paid to statements rendered by vendors and maintains a good credit rating with our vendors.
