The popular food truck has been open for 1 1/2 years in Conway.
The truck is located just off Harkrider Street on Walnut from 3pm to 7pm Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday 11 am to 7 pm.
The menu comprises giant spuds loaded with various types of meat, broccoli, cheeses, and homemade ranch sauce.

What have been some of your biggest challenges and how did you overcome those?
Opening and thriving during these pandemic times. These are unprecedented days and thanks to the support of my community, we have been able to keep our doors open.

The community of Conway and my wife, Brittany Lovelace.
What are you looking forward to in the next few years in business?
Growth! We are preparing for our 2nd food truck any day now.
