Grab some hot cocoa and your family and/or friend and jump in the car! We’ve got some Christmas lights to see.
There are so many places in the Conway area where you can go see Christmas lights and we have a few of them for you here. There are a couple of maps, make that three, and a few locations you can drive by. Many subdivisions have great light displays from the homeowners.
We’ll start with downtown Conway and end with Sherwood’s Enchanted Forrest.
Conway Area Chamber of Commerce (Giant Tree)
This is where the giant tree resides. This year, the tree will not be accompanied by a Ferris wheel, carriage rides, and funnel cakes. Illuminate activities are not taking place this year.
But donโt let that stop you! The Christmas tree is one of the top holiday picture attractions in Conway. The 54-foot tall tree is decorated, of course, with lots of Christmas ornaments and lights!
It sits in front of the Conway Chamber of Commerce, where the fountain usually sits during warm weather. It is just across the street from the new Buff City Soap and Zeteo Coffee.
All of the festivities are listed on the Conway Christmas website.
Corner of Porcupine and Raccoon Trail
The homeowner for this display said he made it for the kids. So if you have kids in the car, swing by Porcupine and Raccoon Trail just off Lower Ridge Road. I talked to Jarrett today, and the light display is up again in 2021!
Christmas in the Valley, Vilonia, AR
Head out to Vilonia for a couple of displays on our list including this one from Christmas in the Valley.
Christmas Lane LIVE
First Vilonia. The drive-through is openย 6-10 pm every night except for Wednesday and Sunday.
Saturday (Dec. 18) from 6-8 pm members will be out to serve hot chocolate and funnel cakes with the choir and a live Nativity.
Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry
I drive by the dentistโs office almost every evening. They have done a great job of decorating their building with a festive holiday display.
The dentist is located at the corner of Dave Ward and Nutters Chapel, right across from the old Anytime Fitness. According to the dentistโs office, tune intoย 89.7 FM to hear the playlist.ย I am told they are groovy tunes.

The link below is a link to the 2021 map although many of the same locations are hosting displays (see below) again this year. This was compiled by Rachel Mears of the Conway, Arkansas Tour of Christmas Lights Facebook group.
Unfortunately, I could not embed the map, but the link below will take you to the map.
Conway Christmas Lights 2020 Map
This was originally compiled for 2020 and according to the Conway, Arkansas Tour of Christmas Lights Facebook group, it is still pretty accurate.
It appears that many of these locations are hosting lights again.
Mooreโs Christmas Light Show
This was shared on one of the Facebook groups. The family wants to show the lights to as many people as possible.
The Enchanted Forest Trail of Lights – Sherwood
Okay, you have to go to Sherwood for this one, but I’ve heard it is worth the drive! Grab some hot cocoa, get the family (or friends) in the car and head down the road to see some of the area’s best lights! The entry is free, but they do take donations. Word is, you get a candy cane for going through the display! You can find it at the Sherwood Sports Complex, 420 Dee Jay Hudson Drive from 6-9:30 p.m.
Wrapping it up
There you have it! We have plenty of time left to take a Christmas light trip. Grabs some hot chocolate and sing some Christmas songs. Enjoy your holidays Conway, Merry Christmas!
